Property Improvement Plan for Holiday Inn Hotel , Montevideo ( IHG Group) . The PIP is required to bring the hotel in compliance with brand standards.

The challenge is while the renovation is under going  the hotel continues open.

The Improvement plan is based on the upgrade of the interior design,  and mainly the renovation of the core hotel systems ( fire protection , water system, air conditioning , lighting system )
